This stuff is amazing at healing angular cheilitis or the cracking at the corner of the mouth that never seems to heal with ordinary moisturisers or prescription steroid creams or ointments. It’s a little greasy for the whole face but in really cold weather it’s okay. It is also great on the fingers. I’m prone to eczema, had it my whole life, and this stuff is my favourite moisturiser for dry cracked skin. Smells lovely too. Don’t let the price put you off buying it; it’s not cheap, but quality this good never will be.
